Note: Our package does not include a Video Surveillance Waiver. DSS generally discourages the use of indoor cameras, as they can lead to citations if used in place of proper staffing.

Compliance & Quality Assurance Audits

Stay compliant and confident with our internal audit services. We review your resident admission records, care standards, employee files, and more to ensure your facility meets all DSS and RCFE requirements. Our goal is to help you maintain compliance, improve quality, and avoid costly fines.

Staff Training – At Your Facility

DSS requires that staff receive proper training within their first few weeks of employment, as well as ongoing annual training. This includes:

• Caregiver training on residents’ Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)

• Medication training for staff who assist residents with medications

• Dementia & Alzheimer’s training for those caring for memory care residents
