Staff Training – At Your Facility
DSS requires that staff receive proper training within their first few weeks of employment, as well as ongoing annual training. This includes:
Caregiver training on residents’ Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
Medication training for staff who assist residents with medications
Dementia & Alzheimer’s training for those caring for memory care residents
